Terms of Service
Last Updated: February 15, 2026
1) Agreement
By visiting this website or working with Cordexa Technologies LLC (“Cordexa”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms.
2A) Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse this website or our services, including attempting to disrupt, reverse engineer, interfere with, or access systems without authorization. You also agree not to use our materials, templates, deliverables, or communications in unlawful, deceptive, or harmful ways.
2) Services
Cordexa provides services such as website design/build, AI automation, and business IT setup. All work is delivered based on the scope agreed in writing (message, email, or proposal).
3) Quotes, Scope, and Changes
Quotes and timelines depend on design direction, website type, and overall complexity.
Edits include text/images/layout tweaks. New pages, advanced SEO, integrations, or major redesigns are quoted separately.
4) Client Responsibilities
To keep timelines on track, you agree to provide timely access to required materials (brand assets, copy, logins, approvals) and respond to questions/feedback within a reasonable time.
5) Payments
Unless stated otherwise, projects may require an upfront deposit and final payment upon completion (or recurring billing for subscription plans). Late payments may pause work until the account is current.
6) Revisions
Reasonable revisions are included as described in your plan/package. Requests outside the included revisions may be billed separately.
7) Ownership & Licenses
After full payment, you own the final project deliverables created specifically for you, excluding third-party assets/tools (fonts, plugins, stock, libraries) which remain subject to their licenses. Cordexa may reuse general know-how, non-confidential patterns, and internal templates.
8) Third-Party Services
If your project uses third-party services (hosting, email, analytics, forms, automation platforms), their terms and pricing apply. Cordexa is not responsible for outages or changes from third-party providers.
9) No Guarantees
We aim for best practices and strong outcomes, but we can't guarantee specific results (rankings, revenue, leads) since performance depends on many factors outside our control.
10) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Cordexa's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
11) Termination
Either party may stop work if the other party materially breaches these Terms or the agreed scope/payment terms. Any completed work up to the stop date must be paid for.
12) Privacy
Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
12A) Communications
If you contact us, we may respond via email or phone regarding your inquiry or services. If you receive outreach from us and would like us to stop contacting you, you may opt out by replying with an opt-out request or emailing cordexatech@gmail.com.
13) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA.
